He stopped by the very next day and assessed our roof while thoroughly explaining his process and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. The following day, Jessica called to inform that our inspection report was ready and would be sent via email. She added that if I had any questions regarding the report I could give her a call and she'll gladly provide me with more information if needed. Lastly, since I have a flat roof with only a crawl space in between, it gets exceptionally hot in the summer with no place for the heat to go. James installed a vent on the roof to help with that problem. Response time was also excellent. Jessica is great communicating from the office throughout the process of your project.
