I needed repairs for leaks l around a chimney and a soil stack. I received one estimate for “quite a lot.” Citywide quoted what was to me a much more reasonable price. James came when promised and did a fine job. While working he found another small problem, with a window, and took care of that too, for no additional charge. He stopped by the very next day and assessed our roof while thoroughly explaining his process and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. He also gave me a quote that was $500 less than the first contractor quoted me! That is a plus and showed me he really cares about the people he contracts with.The work is exemplary and the workers who came to do the job were efficient and communicated the process to me before and after the work was done. They had inadvertently left something on the roof and returned within an hour of my call to retrieve it. Very friendly and easy to work with. The price was more than reasonable. Citywide did our siding and roofing. We had purchased a really old house and they were able to redo both the siding and roofing timely and professionally. They quoted us a great price and stayed within budget, the workers were friendly and barely noticed. I would definitely use them again, although they did such a great job I doubt we'll need them!

Unlike other contractors who said I needed another skylight, he said my skylight was still good - it just needed additional sealing. He was refreshingly honest, I highly recommend him.
