He stopped by the very next day and assessed our roof while thoroughly explaining his process and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. The following day, Jessica called to inform that our inspection report was ready and would be sent via email. She added that if I had any questions regarding the report I could give her a call and she'll gladly provide me with more information if needed.
